Depending on the alerts you activate for your organization, email or SMS notifications are sent to you or your staff members. These notifications are called alerts in Zenoti. Alerts are especially useful for organizations with multiple centers.
For example, you may want to be alerted when there are too many OTP overrides authorized at a center. This could be a sign of malpractice or an indication that a specific center requires attention.
Before activating various specific alerts, you must enable alerts for the organization.
To enable alerts
- Ensure that you are at the Organization level.
- Navigate to Admin > Organization > Organizations.
The Edit Organization window opens.
- Click the Settings tab > Expand General.
- Select the Enable Alerts checkbox.
After alerts are enabled for the organization, you can activate various alerts.
