In the guest details section on top of the POS window, specify the guest's details based on whether the guest is new or an existing one.
If new: Enter all the mandatory guest details as configured for your organization. Zenoti creates a new record for the guest.
If existing: Type the first name, last name, or the mobile number of the guest, and select a matching profile from the list of auto suggestions.
Note: When you search for a guest with the across centers option enabled, the guest profile that appears could be from your center or from your entire organization, depending on your organization and center settings.
