During Ramadan, your typical business day spills across two calendar days. If you want to enable register closure at any time of the current day or on at any time the following day, you need to:

  • Configure organization level settings (Step 1)

  • Configure center level settings (Step 2)

Step 1: To configure organization level settings for register closure

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Go to Organization> Settings> Invoice & Receipt.

  3. Clear the checkbox  Block taking payments if the register is not closed the previous day

  4. Click Save.
    Zenoti allows the front desk to continue taking payment and to close invoices even after midnight when the register closure is not yet done.
    Note: You can also do a register closure twice a day if you want to close the register at the end of each shift.

Step 2: To configure center level settings for register closure

  1. Ensure that you are at the center level.

  2. Go to Admin > Center > Settings > Appointment Book.

  3. Select Allow for the option Register closure with below open invoices and select All item types.

  4. Click Save.
    Zenoti allows you to do a register closure the following day even if there are open invoices.
