To display gift cards purchased and received by a guest in the POS window:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Expand the Invoice & Receipts section.

  5. Scroll down to  Gift Card Settings. 

  6. Select the Show purchased and received giftcards in POS checkbox to display purchased and received gift cards’ information in the POS while taking a payment.

    Example: The following image shows the purchased and received gift cards information in the POS window.
    You must click the gift icon to view the information.
