• Easily identify and mark a service as redo

Previously, marking a service as a redo service required you to select the service provider who performed the initial service. Now, instead of selecting the service provider, you can select the service that needs to be redone from a list of closed invoices of past services booked by the guest. Simply select the redo service and enter the Price for Redo (the price used for calculating the service revenue of the redo service for revenue reversal).

Zenoti reverses the initial service provider's commission based on Center level setting (% of Service revenue to be deducted from commission). Note that Zenoti reverses this commission only in the first instance of a redo service. That is, if a guest requests for a service to be redone a second time, the commission awarded to the service provider who performed the service the second time, is not reversed.

When you click the Email to Vendor button, Zenoti automatically refers to the vendor’s email address configured on the Vendor page. If no email address is configured yet, clicking the button displays a dialog box that lets you specify the email address. The email address that you specify here is automatically updated on the Vendor page.

  • Control award of no-show or canceled commissions

  • Award commissions for each partial payment of a series package

Until now, employees earned commissions on Series Packages only after all installments were paid and the invoice was closed. Now, using the new Award sales commission to employee with each payment for a series package organization level setting, you can choose to award commissions to employees each time the guest pays an installment. This way, employees do not have to wait for a long duration (typically a few months) before they earn commission on the sale of the Series Package.
Note: If the guest purchases other items such as services, products, or memberships as part of the same invoice, then Zenoti processes the commission for these other items only when the respective invoices are closed.

Partially paid invoices

Zenoti’s Lock Financial Data setting allows you to lock down financial data before a selected date (such as May 20) or data of a rolling date range such as last 4 days.
Until now, you could not edit a partially paid invoice created before a financial lock date. Zenoti now allows adding or deleting new payments from a partially paid invoice after the financial lock date. Any payments added before the financial lock date cannot be deleted. You can also add sale items to the invoice in the Point of Sale window.

Custom Data forms

You can now control access to view or edit Custom Data forms for employees with a particular job using the new tab called Forms (at the Employee-Job level). Zenoti now also honors organization level Custom Data Form permissions and Form level permissions in the Service History pop-up (from the Appointment Book’s Appointment Info panel). This means, if an employee does not have permissions to view or edit a Custom Data form, Zenoti does not display the form in the Guest Details page.
