Guests can anytime resend a gift card email to themselves or any other intended recipient from their online account. This is particularly useful when the recipient has not received the gift card or if their email address has changed.
To resend the notification from the buyer’s online account:
Log on to the website using the username and password.
Click My Account at the top right corner.
Click the Prepaid cards tab.
4. Click Email Details beside the relevant gift card details.
5. In the pop-up window, click Send Again.

The gift card gets delivered to the recipient.
