Below is the description of all criteria and operators to build custom target segments based on packages.
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Target guests whose package expired in a selected time period. Select the operator, select a time frame from the list of options and enter number based on the time frame you selected. Zenoti includes all the guests whose package expired the specified number of days, weeks, months, or years back.
Criteria: Purchased (Applicable only to Always On campaigns)
Description: Target guests based on their package purchases in a specific time in the past. Select the operator, select a package from the list, and enter the number of days in the box next to the list. Zenoti includes all the guests who have purchased the selected package exactly the specified number of days back.
Package: Names of packages available in Zenoti
With Benefit (enabled after selecting the package): Benefits offered with selected package
Operators: between, equal to, less than, more than
Quantity: enter quantity of the service/product
Description: Target guests based on the quantities remaining in their package. Select the operator, select a package from the list, select the benefit, select the operator, and enter quantity of the benefit. Zenoti includes all the guests whose remaining benefits in a package are in the selected quantity.
You can also target guests based on unused benefits in any package. For example, if you want to get a segment of guests who have more than one unused Reviving Foot Scrubs (benefit) in the Foot Massage Package then, select the package, select the benefit, select 'more than' for operator and enter the quantity as 1.
