Only those with Petty Cash View and Delete permissions can add, delete, modify petty cash categories, usually managers and owners.

To enable these settings:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Security Roles.

  3. Select the required role < Role Name >.

  4. Go to the Permissions tab.

  5. Expand the Administrator section.

  6. Under Petty Cash, select View and Delete checkboxes.
