1. Ensure that you are at the organization level.

  2. Select Admin > Organization > Organizations.
    The Edit Organization page opens.

  3. Click the Settings tab and expand the Invoice and Receipt section.

  4. Scroll down to Invoice Settings and select the Allow entry of tip amounts checkbox.

  5. To display a different label for the Tips field in the invoice, such as Gratuity, enter the label in the Tips Label field.
