At times, the biometric device, which you use for the checkins and checkouts of your employees is not recognized because a Java plugin is disabled.
To address this issue, follow these steps:
- In the Firefox browser go to Tools > Add-ons > Plugins.
A list of all the plugins that you have installed appears. - In the list, notice that the Java (TM) Platform SE Plugin is disabled.
- Click the Enable button and Refresh the checkin window for the biometric device to be recognized.
