Overview
You can offer a temporary freeze on memberships to accommodate things like a guest being out of town for the summer or recovering from an injury. Zenoti provides you with a freeze functionality.
You can set up the membership to freeze once a member informs you about it.
As soon as you freeze the membership, any further membership charges are stopped until you unfreeze the membership. You can charge a one-time or recurring fee to freeze memberships.
You can allow or prevent the guest from redeeming the accrued membership benefits.
