You can use the Appointment Log of the Appointment Book to view an appointment's details such as the guest's check-in time, and the service start time and end time.
The Appointment Log is useful to track the start and end time of the actual appointment duration as opposed to the scheduled appointment time. It also helps ensure coordination between service providers. Each service provider involved in the appointment can be notified of the guest’s availability in advance.
To view the Appointment Log
In the Appointment Book, click the appointment whose details you want to view.
Select Show Appointment Log from the context menu.
The Appointment Log page opens with details of the appointment.
