Each time a guest asks for a particular therapist to perform a service, you can reward the therapist with a bonus of a flat amount.

Note that the employee will receive this bonus irrespective of the service commission settings.

To enable and configure the Request Therapist (RT) bonus:

Step 1: Enable center level setting for RT bonus

Step 2: Enter RT bonus in the employee profile

Step 1: Enable center level setting for Request Therapist Bonus (RT) bonus:

  1. Ensure that you are at the Center level.

  2. Go to Admin > Organization > Centers > Settings > Employee.

  3. Select Enable Request Therapist Bonus.
    a) A new field, Request Therapist Bonus, becomes available in the employee profile (in General > Job info section).
    b) Employee Payroll v2 reports show two additional columns, Requested (number of times the employee's service was requested by guests in a given time period) and Request Therapist Bonus (the amount the employee earned as RT bonus in the given time period).

Step 2: Enter Request Therapist Bonus (RT) bonus in the employee profile

  1. Ensure that you are at the Center level.

  2. Go to the Employee > Employees > Name of the employee

  3. In the General tab, in the Request Therapist Bonus field, enter the flat amount that you want to award the employee each time a guest requests for their services. Example: $5.

  4. Click Save.
    If you enter $5 as the Request Therapist (RT) bonus, and the therapist has 10 requests in a given pay period, then the bonus amount for the selected pay period will be 10*5= $50.
