Some membership plans come with an expiry date. You might often need to extend the expiry date to allow the guest to use the benefits for a few more days.
To change the expiry date of a membership
- Open the Guest History page.
- In the page, click the Memberships tab.
- The expiration date of the membership is shown in the Expiration column. Click the date link and select the new date from the calendar.
The membership expiry date is updated to the selected date.
