A guest might accrue membership credit value or service credits (prepaids) before it is suspended. But you can allow or prevent the guest from using them when the membership is Suspended.
To enable or disable redemptions on suspended memberships
Make sure that you are at the organization level.
Open the Edit Organization window
(Admin > Admin Dashboard > Organizations > Organization Name).
On the Edit Organization window, click the Settings > Memberships.
Based on your requirements, do the following:
To allow (enable) use of membership benefits, select the checkbox next to Allow redemption from suspended memberships.
To disallow (disable) use of membership benefits, clear the checkbox next to Allow redemption from suspended memberships.
