Zenoti provides a number of templates that you can customize and send automated messages via email or text messages (SMS) to guests when points are added, redeemed, about to expire etc.

Note: You can access loyalty points notification templates only from the organization level. 

To access loyalty points notifications:

1. Ensure you are at the organization level, and navigate to
   Admin > Organization > Organizations

2. Click the Email/Text tab.
    All the available templates segregated into categories are displayed.

3. Scroll to the Guests category. You will find the notifications related to    
     loyalty points.
