1. In the Appointment Book, click the appointment block of the guest whose profile you want to view

  2. Select View Guest History from the context menu.  
    Note: The label for View Guest History could vary based on your organization's setting for Guest (click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations > Settings > General > Guest). For example, if your organization has set the Guest label to Client, you would see a View Client History option in the context menu. 

    The Guest Details page opens in a new window with all the information about the selected guest.
