The Appointment Book's color codes act as visual cues to help identify specific appointments at a glance. By default, the Appointment Book includes a number of standard icons and color codes that help you identify important information about appointments.
The standard colors automatically apply based on the status of an appointment. For instance, a red appointment block indicates that the payment is received, but is pending guest feedback, while a purple block indicates that an appointment is booked, but not confirmed.

You can create a customized Appointment Book view by assigning custom colors to the different appointment types. By assigning custom colors, you create a (separate) customized view of the Appointment Book. Learn more
However, you cannot customize the standard colors to indicate status changes of appointments.
