You can move appointment blocks in the Day View and Week View by using the Move Appointment option.
Note: You can reschedule or move appointments only with the status New, Checked In, or Confirmed. You cannot move appointments for which the invoice is already closed.
In the Appointment Book, do one of the following:
If you use a Day View: Click the appointment you want to move to a different date and select Move Appointment.
If you use a Week View: Click the provider’s name and select Week View.
In the Week View, click the appointment you want to move to a different date and select Move Appointment.
In both the Day View and Week View, the Move Appointment pop-up appears and the appointment block you want to move is highlighted.
Important: The pop-up should remain open until you complete moving the appointment.
2. From the Appointment Book calendar, select the desired date.
Zenoti displays the Appointment Book for the selected date.
3. Right-click an empty slot of the desired date.
The Move Here link appears.
4. Click Move Here.
Zenoti moves the appointment to the newly selected date and time.
To go back to the current date schedule, click the calendar and click Today.
You cannot reschedule the appointment if price scaling is enabled and the invoice is paid, discounted, campaign is applied or redemptions are applied.
