If you set up automatic issue creation, you can configure which employee get notified when a customer gives a low feedback rating.

To set up recipient of notifications for issues created automatically:

  1. At the center level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Centers.

  3. Select the desired center. 

  4. Click Settings.

  5. Expand the General section.

  6. From the Issue Owner list, select the name of the person who should be notified via SMS or email.

  7. Click Save.
