If you set up automatic issue creation, you can configure which employee get notified when a customer gives a low feedback rating.
To set up recipient of notifications for issues created automatically:
Ensure you are at the center level and navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers.
The Manage Centers window opens.
Click the name of a center to edit its settings.
On the Edit Center window, click the Settings tab, and then click General.
From the Issue Owner list, select the name of the person who should be notified via SMS or email.
You have successfully configured the recipient of notifications for issues created automatically.
