There might be cases when your guest would want to delete their account. You can help them do so by configuring the settings below.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  2. Click Online booking and select the CX v3 template.

  3. From the Categories panel, select Guest privacy.

  4. Configure the following settings:

    • Email address to receive delete account request: Enter the email ID to which the guests' deletion request will be sent.

      When your guest wants to delete their account, they are redirected to their email app to send an email requesting account deletion.

      The email auto-populates with predefined information about the guest's account, they only have to specify the reason they want to delete the account and send the email.

    • Guest account deletion policy: Enter the HTML code for displaying your account deletion policy. You can display text, media files, and forms using this field.

  5. Click Publish.

Note: On CMA, the Email address to receive delete account request setting is given preference and on the web app, the Guest account deletion policy setting is given preference when a guest wants to delete their account.
