Businesses usually spend a lot of time associating services, products, and tax groups with their centers. This is even more cumbersome for large businesses that need to manage multiple centers and must dedicate resources to associate services, products, and tax groups individually to each center.

To this end, Zenoti allows you to quickly associate items with centers by displaying all the centers on the following pages:

  • Manage Services

  • Manage Products

  • Manage Tax Groups

Prerequisite

Ensure you enable the following setting:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  3. Go to the Settings tab.

  4. Expand the General section.

  5. Select the Improve experience of resource allocation in centers of large businesses check box.

  6. Click Save.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Resources > Services.

  3. Select the service you want to associate with your centers.

  4. Go to the Centers tab.

  5. From the Select Zone drop-down list, choose your zone.


  6. Zenoti will display all centers available in the zone.

  7. Select the desired centers and specify Sale Price, Support Staff Gratuity, Tax Group, and Demand Price Group.

  8. Click Save.

Follow a similar process to associate products to multiple centers.
