The Appointments tab displays the past and upcoming appointments the guest has taken. You can see details such as appointment invoice and status, service provider, payment & refund history, and the service date.

Modify an upcoming appointment

1. On the guest's profile, tap Appointments.

2. Tap Edit appointment.

3. Make the necessary edits.

4. Tap Review & Save.

5. Tap Change/Modify.

Cancel an upcoming appointment

1. On the guest's profile, tap Appointments.

2. Tap Cancel appointment.

3. Select the cancellation reason and add comments.

4. Tap OK.

1. On the guest's profile, tap Appointments.

2. Tap the appointment.

3. Tap View Invoice.

View or enter product consumption (BOM) data

1. On the guest's profile, tap Appointments.

2. Tap the three dots.

3. Select Add consumables.

You can see this option if product consumption must be added for the service manually.

4. Tap Add new.

5. Select the consumable and tap Add.

6. Tap Done.

View appointment log

1. On the guest profile, tap Appointments.

2. Tap the three dots and select View logs.

Send form

1. On the guest profile, tap Appointments.

2. Tap the appointment.

3. For the specific serive, tap Send form.
