On the Packages page, you can get a snapshot of guest's active and inactive packages. You can also add a new package, transfer credits and undo the transfer, extend expiry, and freeze/unfreeze a package.

Add a package

  1. On the guest's profile, tap Packages.

  2. Tap +Add Package.

  3. On the invoice, search for the package and tap + for the package.

  4. Add payment and tap Take Payment.

Transfer service credits

Points to consider

  • If you do not see the Transfer option, you do not have the permissions to transfer packages. Reach out to your manager.

  • You can transfer service credits only if a package is configured to transfer service credits.

  • The package must be Active.

  • The original guest (transferor) must have at least one credit to transfer.

  1. Tap the name of the package from which you want to transfer service credits.

  2. In the Services section, tap the three dots for the service and tap Transfer.

  3. Enter credentials and authorize the transfer.

    If you do not have permission to transfer credits, reach out to your manager.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Quantity: Enter the number of credits to transfer.

    • Expiration date: Pick the date on which the transferred credits will expire. The recipient must use them before this date.

      To allow guest to use credits without an expiry, select Never expires.

    • Recipient: Select either Existing guest or New guest.

      For existing guest, search for the guest. For new guest, enter the name of the guest who is to receive the service credits.

  5. Tap Transfer.

Refund a package

  1. Tap the name of the package you want to refund.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Refund.

    If you do not see the Refund icon, reach out to your manager.

  3. On the Select refund items screen, select the package.

  4. In the Refund Amount box, enter the refund amount.

    The refund amount cannot exceed the package balance. Also, when processing a refund, any tax that was received on the amount is deducted from the relevant accounts for the center.

  5. In the Comments box, add the reason for refund.

  6. Tap Next.

  7. Select the payment method or issue the amount to a prepaid card.

  8. Tap Refund.

  9. On the confirmation dialog box, tap Process Refund & Close Invoice.

Freeze a package

  1. Tap the name of the package which you want to freeze.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Freeze.

  3. On the freeze window, enter the reason for freezing the package.

  4. Tap Freeze.

Unfreeze a package

  1. Tap the name of the package which you want to unfreeze.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Un-Freeze.

  3. Enter the reason for unfreezing the package.

  4. Tap Un-Freeze.

View invoice of the package sale

  1. Tap the name of the package.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap View invoice.

Change the package expiry date

  1. Tap the name of the package.

  2. For Expiration Date, tap the edit icon.

    If you are unable to change the expiration date, reach out to your manager.

  3. On the Date change for screen, pick another date.

    To change the package to all-time active, select Never expires.

  4. Enter comments for the change.

  5. Tap Save.

Change the package expiry date grace period

  1. Tap the name of the package.

  2. For Expiration with grace, tap the edit icon.

    If you are unable to change the expiration date, reach out to your manager.

  3. On the Date change for screen, pick another date.

    To make the package all-time active, select Never expires.

  4. Enter comments for the change.

  5. Tap Save.

    The package remains active, and the guest can redeem the remaining benefits at a later time.

View transferred service credits

  1. Tap the name of the package for which you want to view the transferred service credits.

  2. Under the Services section, for Transferred, you can see the number of service credits transferred.

Undo transfer of service credits

  1. Tap the name of the package for which you want to undo transfer of service credits.

  2. In the Transferred column, tap the link.

  3. Tap Undo.

  4. On the confirmation dialog box, tap Yes.

Modify a custom package

  1. Tap the name of the package you want to modify.

  2. Tap Edit Custom Package.

  3. Make the necessary changes.

  4. Tap Save.

View schedule details

For the package, tap the three dots and then tap Completed schedule. Alternatively, tap the name of the package and at the bottom of the screen, tap Completed schedule.

View freeze history

  1. Tap the name of the package you want to modify.

  2. Tap Freeze history.
