In the Notes tab, you can add and view notes specific to the guest. You can also set up staff alerts to display an alert in the appointment book or point of sale during check-in, booking, checkout, or taking payment.

  1. On the guest profile, tap Notes.

  2. Enter the note.

  3. Select the alert type.

  4. Tap Save.

Delete a note

  1. On the guest's profile, tap Notes.

  2. Tap the delete icon.

Edit a note

  1. On the guest's profile, tap Notes.

  2. Tap the pencil icon.

  3. Edit the note.

  4. Tap Edit.

Change the type of alert

  1. On the guest's profile, tap Notes.

  2. Tap the Booking alert list.

  3. Select the new alert type.

Filter by note type

  1. On the guest's profile, tap Notes.

  2. From the All list, select the note type.
