1. From the guest profile, go to the Profile tab.

2. Make the necessary modifications.

3. Tap Save.

1. Edit details such as customer ID, first name, last name, email, phone, birthday, and anniversary.

2. Tap Save.

Contact Info

1. Enter the guest's address and nationality.

2. Tap Save.

Referral Info

1. Enter the referral details.

2. Tap Save.

To block the guest from making edits to guest's custom data, select the Block edit guest custom data check box.

Login Info

1. Edit the username.

2. Select the guest tags.

3. Tap Save.

Preferences

Enter the base center and preferred language. Choose the guest's preference to receive transactional and marketing communications through email and text messages.

Important: As part of the TCPA and GDPR compliance, when creating a guest’s profile, the front-desk staff must take approval from the guest to receive marketing messages of your business. If the guest approves, enable the Receive Marketing Emails and Receive Marketing SMS settings.

1. To enable transactional and marketing emails and text messages, tap the applicable check box.

2. Tap Save.
