On Queue, you can view delays in starting services beyond the expected wait times. When you enable this feature, your front desk staff will see the label Status in the appointment details of a guest. Status shows the delay in minutes following + in red color. For example, for a service scheduled at 10 AM but not started yet at 10:03 AM, the status shows +3 min.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and go to Organization > Organizations.

  2. Go to Settings and expand Admin Queue.

  3. Select the Show each guest's deviation from their original wait time check box.

  4. Click Save.

By default, Zenoti uses the label Status. You can customize it in the Label for guest's wait time deviation box.
