As your organization scales, there is an absolute need to offer multilingual customer support to cut down language barriers, make customers feel at home, and become truly global.

Languages supported

Zenoti supports:

  • French–­Canadian

  • Spanish–Latin American

What is localized

  • Webstore (v2)

  • CMA (v3)

  • Forms (v2)

  • Fitness and Classes (Webstore)

  • Marketing and transactions-related communications

For the languages supported, Zenoti automatically translates text, labels, and other content that is non-customizable. You can also enter the translation for your business-related data in the supported languages.

You as an organization just need to select the list of languages you want to offer to your guests from the supported languages.


Zenoti does not translate the customizable content. You must get content and images translated from a third-party tool and copy-paste the translated content and images in the Zenoti template.

  1. Ensure you are at the organizational level.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations > General.

  3. In the Supported language field, click the Manage Languages link.

  4. Select the languages for Admin and FDO, Webstore, and CMA.

  5. Click Save.

You can now use the selected languages for Admin, FDO, Webstore, and CMA, according to your selection.
