On Zenoti, you can extend center closing time to serve last-minute guests. When you enable this feature, you can book appointments from Appointment Book, Queue, and Kiosk after the usual center closing time. However, you cannot book a service if the service end time exceeds the extended closing time or the service provider's shift end time.

Note: On the online kiosk, the guest must check in before the online booking end time.

For example, your center's extended closing time is 6:15 PM. A guest visits at 5:50 PM for a service that takes 30 minutes. The service provider's shift ends at 6:30 PM. Then, you cannot book the service as it exceeds the extended closing time. Another guest visits at 5:55 PM for a service that takes 10 minutes. But the service provider's shift ends at 6:00 PM. Then, you cannot book the service as it exceeds the provider's shift end time.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and go to Organization > Organizations.

  2. Go to Settings and expand Appointment Book.

  3. Select the Allow booking from Appointment Book, Queue, and Kiosk beyond center schedule setting.

  4. From the Extend center ending time by list, select the duration.

  5. Click Save.
