In Appointment Book and Queue, you can prevent providers from clocking out during their in-progress services.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and go to Organization > Organizations.

  2. Go to Settings and expand Appointment Book.

  3. Select the When an employee has a service that is in progress, do not allow the employee to clock out in Appointment View and Queue View check box.

  4. Click Save.
