Yes. Perform these steps:

  1. Change the expiration date of the gift card to mark it as an expired card:

    Navigate to guest’s profile > click the Gift Cards tab > update the expiration date of the gift card to the current date or a past date.  

    Note: If you are unable to change the expiration date, it means you do not have the required permission to do so. Contact an employee with the  permission or your CORP team.
    You cannot change the expiration date on a gift card that shows as “Never expires”. Contact your CORP team.

  2. Note the remaining balance on the gift card.

  3. Sell a new gift card, with the price as 0 and value as the balance amount noted in step 2.
