Access your tips, make online and offline transactions or withdraw money using your Zenoti card. Understand how to freeze, block or set up a pin for your card.

To access and manage your Zenoti card, sign in to the myZen app and tap on the Zenoti wallet widget.

You can freeze, replace, block, and update your PIN from the ​Card Settings​​ region.

​Freeze Card​

Disable your card temporarily so no one can make fraudulent transactions or withdraw funds from your wallet. You can freeze your card when you are not sure if the card is lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Block card​

Disable your card permanently to avoid fraudulent transactions if your card is lost or stolen. Zenoti will send a new card to your preferred shipping address.

Once you tap Block Card, the myZen app will prompt you to enter either the PIN or use your phone’s fingerprint, password, or Face ID to authenticate and make sure it’s you before proceeding with the permanent blocking of the card.


After successful authentication, enter the reason, additional comments (if any), and shipping address. You will receive a new card in 7-10 business days.

Note: Each new card is chargeable.

​Replace Card​

Replace your old or damaged card with a new one.

Note: You can have only one card at a time. For example, if your existing card is damaged, you can request a new card. After the new card is received and activated, your old card is deactivated.

Once you tap ​Replace Card​​, myZen app will prompt you to enter either the myZen app PIN or use your phone’s fingerprint, password, or Face ID.

​Set or Update PIN​

Update or set a new PIN by tapping on ​Set or Update PIN​.
