The second appointment reminder is a text/email message that you send to your guests closer to the appointment time. It reminds the guests about their upcoming appointment at your center.

To enable or disable the reminder, contact Zenoti support.

Things to remember

  • After you opt out, you can choose which service requires a second appointment reminder and which does not. You must manually configure it for each of the services.

  • For an appointment with multiple services, if one of the services has the second appointment reminder disabled, then none of the other services will send the reminder to the guest.

The following steps explain how you can configure the second appointment reminder for each service:

  1. At the organization level, click the ​Admin​​ icon.

  2. Navigate to ​Resources​ > ​Services​​.

  3. From the ​Manage Services​​ page, select the service for which you want to configure the second appointment reminder.

  4. In the ​General​ section, locate the ​Enable second appointment reminder for this service ​​setting.

  5. Take any one of the following actions:

    1. Select the check box - Zenoti will send the second appointment reminder to the guest only for this service.

    2. Unselect the check box - Zenoti will not send the second appointment reminder to the guest for this service.

  6. Click ​Save​​.
