To resend the email:
- Navigate to the guest’s profile and click the Gift Cards tab.
- In the gift cards purchased history, click the Resend gift card mail icon against the relevant gift card.
3. Verify the recipient details, and click Send Gift Card.
- The option to resend the email is available only if the Send an email to recipient checkbox was selected at the time of selling the card (in the POS window).
- The email can be resent only to the recipient’s registered email address at the time of sale. The email address cannot be changed.
- If the gift card was purchased online (by a registered guest), follow the same steps above to resend the gift card email.
