To resend the email:
Navigate to the guest’s profile and click the Gift Cards tab.
In the gift cards purchased history, click the Resend gift card mail icon against the relevant gift card.
3. Verify the recipient details, and click Send Gift Card.
The option to resend the email is available only if the Send an email to recipient checkbox was selected at the time of selling the card (in the POS window).
The email can be resent only to the recipient’s registered email address at the time of sale. The email address cannot be changed.
If the gift card was purchased online (by a registered guest), follow the same steps above to resend the gift card email.
