To make an employee profile active you must enter a Start date for the employee from Employee > Employee > (Name of the employee) > General tab > Start date.

You must also ensure that you do not enter an End Date for the employee. 

Tip: If you see an End Date in an employee profile, it means that the employee was terminated or left the organization earlier.

If such an employee is joining you again, remove the End Date from the employee profile and click Save. This makes the employee active again in Zenoti.

Once employee profiles are active, they show up on the Employee Schedule page so that you can set up their schedules. You especially need to set up schedules for employees with the Therapist or Service Provider role so that they appear on the Appointment Book, Webstore, and the mobile apps so that guests can make booking under their name.
