As a manager, you want to see the regular working hours of an employee for better scheduling. For example, an employee is generally available for work from 10 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM on Monday through Thursday; and from 3 PM to 6 PM on Fridays. This information comes in handy when setting up the employee's schedule.
The Availability section allows you to add these available time slots to the employee's profile. You can add up to five slots each day.
You should enable the Set Availability setting to use this feature. Follow these steps to enable it:
At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations.
Click the Settings tab and expand Employee.
Select the Set Availability check box.
Add employee availability:
At the organization or zone or center level, click the Employee icon and navigate to Employees > Employees.
Click the first name of an employee.
In the General tab, go to the Availability section.
To capture employee availability on a particular day, turn on the switch next to the day. For example, to capture employee availability on Mondays, turn on Monday and enter the time slot.
To add another time slot, click Add Slot +. To delete a time slot, click the delete icon.
