By default, Zenoti calculates wait times based on default service durations. To calculate wait times more accurately, you can use the historical service duration data of guests and providers. Follow these steps to enable this feature:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  2. Go to the Settings tab and expand Queue/Guest Kiosk.

  3. Under the Enable Admin Queue section, select the Enable enhanced wait time calculation based on employee efficiency and past guest's service durations check box.

  4. Enter number of past services for calculating the average service duration taken by the provider for any guest. Enter a value between 1 and 100.

  5. Enter number of past services for calculating the average service duration taken for the guest by any provider. Enter a value between 1 and 20.

  6. Enter number of past services for calculating the average service duration taken by the provider for the guest. Enter a value between 1 and 20.

  7. Click Save.
