If your guests do not have preferred providers, the front-desk staff should select Any, Any Male or Any Female from the provider list when adding the guests to the queue. Zenoti will automatically assign providers to such guests.
You can manually assign a provider instead of auto-assignment by enabling Require employee to assign a service provider before starting service setting at the organization level.
To enable this setting, follow these steps:
At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations.
Click the Settings tab and expand Queue/Guest Kiosk.
Select the Require employee to assign a service provider before starting service check box.
In the Label to be used for employee assignment in waiting area of queue admin box, enter a label for guests with no preference. By default, this label will be First Available.
