You will not see a membership in POS in the following scenarios:

  • Service credits have expired

  • Credit balance is zero

  • Transfer service credit expiry is in the past

  • Transfer service credit expiry date is beyond the membership credit expiry date

  • Status of the parent membership is one of the following :

    • Inactive

    • Suspended

    • Closed

    • Frozen

  • After the grace period, the status of the parent membership is one of the following:

    • Expired

    • Closed

    • Canceled and Terminated
