Tabs save space on a form by segregating the form space into different areas containing fields of similar type.
For example, you are building a form for a service with fields for the guest's personal information, service details, products used in the service, and feedback.
You can add a Tabs component to your form and build your form as a combination of tabs for each set of fields with a heading.
From the Tools list, drag the Tab component onto the form.
Important: To make the form shorter and categorize the form components, add the Tabs component as the first element to a form.
To edit the component, place the mouse pointer over the component and click Edit.
Under the Basic tab, customize the details listed below:
To name the field. in the Label field, enter a label.
To add tabs in the field, under the Tabs table, add the number of tabs you want, by clicking the Add another button.
To name each tab in the field, under the Tabs table, in the Labels column, enter labels for each tab.

Perform these steps
Display tabs vertically
The default state of display of tabs is horizontal.
Under the Basic tab, select the Vertical Layout check box.
Ensure that the guest cannot change the contents of the field
Under the Basic tab, select the Make field read-only for guest (on CMA, Kiosk, Webstore, ZMA guest mode) check box.
To not display the field to the guests on CMA, Kiosk, Webstore, ZMA guest mode
Under the Basic tab, select the Hide field from guest (on CMA, Kiosk, Webstore, ZMA guest mode) check box.
Note: You can make a field appear or disappear on the form, based on the value of another field.
