The Panel component is used for grouping some fields together under a heading with a theme. This component acts as a section of form for a set of components.
For example, you have a form where you want fields for guests' demographic details, appointment details, and feedback. You can use the Panel component to build your form as a combination of sections for each set of fields with a heading.
To add a section, from the Tools list, drag the Panel component onto the form.
To make the section collapsible, go to Edit. Under the Basic tab, select the Collapsible check box.
To add a title to the section, under the Basic tab, in the Title field, enter the title of the section.
If you want to customize other settings, refer to the table below.
Perform these steps

For example, you are building a form with many sections and you want to display section headings together. You can make all the sections appear collapsed by default to display them like an index.
Under the Basic tab, select the Initially Collapsed check box.
Note: This setting is only available when you select the Collapsible check box.

Not display the label of the field

Ensure that the guest cannot change the contents of the field
