1. At the organization level, go to Reports > Try the new version of Reports.

  2. From the Loyalty reports, select Guest Retention report.

  3. From the Retention by list, select Service provider.

  4. Depending on the requirement, select the desired filters.

    Note: You can view the report only for the centers to which you have access.

  5. Click Refresh.

Note: Only appointments with Closed invoice status are taken into count for the Guest Retention report.

Jack visited Salon Bliss for the first time in April and took service with service provider A, he returned for second appointment in May and took service with service provider B, and returned for a third appointment in July and took service with service provider C.

Jack will be counted as a new guest in April against service provider A and as a retained guest (other service provider) in July.

Jack will be counted as a repeat guest in May against service provider B and as a retained guest (other service provider) in July.

Important

  • Each entry on the report corresponds to the data from a center for a service provider.

  • New Guest - Guests who have their first appointment in the selected appointment period

  • Repeat Guest - Guests who have their first appointment before the selected appointment period

  • Unique - Guest with 1 or more invoices for the month
