At the organization level, go to Reports > Try the new version of Reports.
From the Loyalty reports, select Guest Retention report.
From the Retention by list, select Month.
Depending on the requirement, select the desired filters.
Note: You can view the report only for the centers to which you have access.
Click Refresh.
Note: Only appointments with Closed invoice status are taken into count for the Guest Retention report.

Each entry on the report corresponds to the data from a center for a month selected in the appointment date range.
New Guest - Guests who have their first appointment in the selected appointment period
Repeat Guest - Guests who have their first appointment before the selected appointment period
Unique - Guest with 1 or more invoices for the month
