A macro is a placeholder text that gets replaced with specific data when inserted into an automated email/text message. For example, the [OrgName] macro gets replaced with the organization name.

After a guest redeems a membership benefit, you can send an email or a text message informing the guest about the membership balance. You can use the following macros for this notification:

Total credit balance available in membership after the current redemption.

[MemUsage]

Credits redeemed in the current redemption.

[CenterName]

Name of the center where the membership benefit was redeemed.

[CenterCity]

City where the center is located.

[ReceiptNo]

Receipt number for the current redemption.

[MembershipName]

Name of the membership against which a benefit was redeemed.

[InvoiceNo]

Invoice number for the current redemption.

[CenterPhone]

Primary phone number of the center where the membership benefit was redeemed (corresponds to the Phone 1 field in the center’s settings).

[CenterPhone2]

Secondary phone number of the center where the membership benefit was redeemed (corresponds to the Phone 2 field in the center’s settings).

[CenterAddlData1]

Additional information about the center. This information is available in the Additional Text field of the center settings (Settings > Invoice & Receipts).

[CenterZip]

Zip code/postal code of the center’s location.

[CenterCountry]

Country where the center is located.

[OrgName]

Name of the organization.

[CenterAddress]

Complete address of the center (corresponds to the Address 1 and Address 2 field in the center settings).

[CenterState]

State where the center is located.

[LastName]

Last name of the guest.

[FirstName]

First name of the guest.

[Name]

Guest's first name followed by last name.

[DownloadLink]

Link to download the Customer Mobile Application (if enabled by the organization).

[CenterE-mail]

Email address of the center where the membership benefit was redeemed.

[MailUnsubscribeLink]

Link to unsubscribe and stop receiving transactional emails and marketing/ campaign emails.

[GuestReferralCode]

First name of the existing guest and the first four characters of the user id.

[CustomMacro1] to [CustomMacro10]

Macros that can be used to add custom messages in the notification to communicate information to guests. Information could include a link to your latest Facebook post, COVID-related policy update, and so on. These macros can be defined in Optional Fields (Optional Field1 - Optional Field 10), when you update your general organization business details on the Admin > Organization > Organizations > Manage Organization page.
