In Queue view, front-desk staff can perform actions like print appointment details or the job card for a specific appointment, and notify the guest when the stylist is ready.
Open the Queue view.
In the Clients Waiting section, locate the appointment.
Tap the three vertical dots.

4. Select the action to perform.

Action | Description |
Add service | Add a new service to the appointment. |
Print appointment | Print appointment details for the appointment. |
Print job card | Print a job card for the appointment. |
Ready for client | Send a message to the guest informing them about their turn and that the stylist is ready. |
