You can hide features you don't need in the Appointment Book. It makes for a cleaner interface and an improved user experience.
At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization> Organizations.
Click the Settings tab and expand Appointment Book.
Depending on the features you want to hide in the Appointment Book, locate and clear the settings below:
Enable Text Message Replies button
Clear this check box to remove the text message button.Enable Online Bookings button
Clear this check box to remove the online bookings button.Enable Appointment follow-ups button
Clear this check box to remove the appointment follow-up button.Enable Create and manage turn aways button
Clear this check box to remove the guest turn aways button.Enable Toggle Appointment Color Codes button
Clear this check box to remove the toggle appointment colour codes button.Enable Print button
Clear this check box to remove the print appointment book button.
Enable Pay Now button (in POS and Guest Profile)
Clear this check box to remove the Pay Now/Pay Off button from the Point of Sale and Guest Profile.
Click Save.
