The Social Booking Metrics displays the details of the guests who reached your Webstore through your organization's Facebook and Instagram Book Now button. The report captures the number of visits through the Book Now button, the number of bookings initiated, and the number of confirmed bookings as a bar graph chart.

Important: You cannot access the Social Booking Metrics report without enabling it at the organization level.

To enable the Social booking metrics report

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations > Reports.

  3. Under Reports V1 > Admin > Online Booking Metrics, select the Social Booking check box.

To access the Social booking metrics report

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Reports > Online Reporting.

  3. From the Online Appointment Data drop-down list, select Social Booking Metrics and enter a date range for which you want the report data to be displayed.

    The social booking metrics report shows:

x-axis

y-axis (The Total count of:)

Visits

Visits to your Webstore through your Facebook and Instagram Book Now buttons in the selected date range.

Bookings Initiated

Guests who started booking an appointment after reaching the Webstore through the Book Now button.

Bookings Confirmed

Guests who completed booking an appointment after reaching the Webstore through the Book Now button.

Note: The Social Booking Metrics report shows data for the bookings driven by consumer channels. The data here will not match the data in Sales/Collection reports.
