When a guest purchases a membership from Webstore, an acknowledgment email is automatically triggered to inform them of their purchase. You can customize the content of this email, including macros like Membership Benefits.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  3. Click the Email/Text tab.

  4. Under the Mobile/Webstore section, locate Membership Sale Confirmation.

  5. Edit the following:

    • Subject: Enter the subject of the email.

    • Plain Text: Enter the text of the email.

    • HTML: Enter the configurable text including macros, images, and other formatting options that constitute the body of the email.

  6. Use the available macros to customize the content.

  7. Click Save.
