If you do not have access to your phone, you can log in to Zenoti using the Recovery code.​

  1. ​Go to ​My Dashboard > My Profile > Profile Details​.​

  2. From the Third-party authentication section, click ​Recovery code​​.

  3. Copy/paste the Recovery code you saved earlier.
    Note: You can see the recovery code each time you log in.

    Alternatively, reach out to your admin and request to reset the authenticator. Admins must click Reset Authenticator from the employee profile.

    Note: After an admin resets the authenticator, a new Recovery code is generated.
