Log in using an authenticator app

If your business has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app, you must identify yourself twice using two factors to access Zenoti.

1. On Zenoti Web, enter your log in credentials (username and password).
   Note: This is the first step in identifying yourself.

2. On your phone, open the authenticator app you installed earlier and enter the 6-digit verification code you see in Enter Code. The app updates the verification code every 30 seconds.
   Note: This is the second step in identifying yourself.
   

   

3. Click Verify.
   Zenoti confirms that the two-factor authentication was successful.

4. Zenoti also shows a recovery code.

5. Tip: If you lose access to your device, you can use the Recovery code instead of the 6-digit verification code to log into Zenoti.
   You can enter the recovery code from My Dashboard > My Profile > Profile details > Third party authentication > Recovery code.
